These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the YogaPath website, mobile applications, online classes, in-person classes, workshops, retreats, and any other services provided by YogaPath (collectively, the "Services"). 2. About YogaPath
YogaPath offers yoga and meditation classes, wellness workshops, and related events focused on healthy living and spiritual well-being. YogaPath may operate through freelance instructors, partner studios, and its own facilities.
3. Eligibility
To use our Services you must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you are under the required age, you must obtain parental or guardian consent before registering or participating in our Services.
4. Bookings & Payments
Bookings for classes, workshops, and retreats may be made through our website, our app, or by contacting our customer support. Payment terms are displayed at the time of booking. You agree to pay all fees in full and on time. We may use third-party payment processors; your use of a third-party payment provider is also subject to the provider's terms and policies.
5. Health & Safety
Your health and safety are important. Before participating in any class or program, you must inform us and the instructor of any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations that could affect your participation. By taking part in yoga, meditation, or related activities you acknowledge the physical nature of the practices and accept personal responsibility for your own health. Always follow instructor guidance and stop any practice that causes pain or discomfort.

The content and instruction provided by YogaPath are for general wellness and educational purposes only and do not substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have concerns about your health, consult a qualified healthcare professional before participating.
7. Conduct & Respectful Use
Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors, staff, other participants, and property. Harassment, discriminatory behavior, or unsafe conduct will not be tolerated. YogaPath reserves the right to refuse service, remove participants from classes or events, or terminate accounts for violations of conduct policies.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the YogaPath website and in our classes, including text, images, videos, logos, class materials, and recordings, is the property of YogaPath or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
9. Recordings & Photography
Recording classes or taking photos during classes or events is not permitted unless explicit permission is granted by YogaPath or the instructor. YogaPath may record or photograph classes for promotional or educational use; participants who do not wish to be included should notify staff in advance.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, YogaPath and its affiliates, instructors, partners, and employees are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or participation in classes. Our total liability for direct damages shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Service that gave rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YogaPath, its officers, instructors, agents, and employees from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your negligent or intentional acts while using the Services.
